Banner Banks Great Northwest Home Rush

March 26, 2009

HomeRush_Promo[1]

Some banks get it!  And Banner Bank is one of them.   They have created a buyer opportunity called the Great Northwest Home Rush program.   This is a win-win situation for everyone involved!  An ingenious program that will help Banner Banks builders who have homes to sell.   And at the same time they will help buyers get into new homes at an extremely low, low, low 30 year fixed interest rate.       If you are a buyer out there this may be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

The program is available for builder homes in the Puget Sound area, Spokane, Idaho and Portland.  I’ve taken a look at the list of homes eligible in the Puget Sound and there is something for everybody.   There are homes in Everett, Marysville, Friday Harbor, Kirkland, Bellevue, Clyde Hill and Medina just to name a few.   If you would like me to email the list of available homes email or call me at 206-200-9849.  I can also show you any of the homes eligible for this program in the Puget Sound area.  If you want to see homes in Idaho you can call my sister Anne Anderson at Lake Shore Realty.      The Great NW Home Rush is called Home Rush because it’s only available until APRIL 26!!
