Woodinville Wine Country Villas
Woodinville’s Village is the long awaited center-piece to Woodinville’s wine country master plan. A destination for wine and shopping enthusiasts with residential homes, retail, restaurants, a hotel and wineries. Think Whistler Village without the snow and instead of skiing the activity is wine tasting, shopping and eating. Or maybe a better analogy would be Healdsburg the tony wine town in the heart of Sonoma County.
The Villas are the first residential release for Woodinville Village.
Located just East of Chateau Ste. Michelle and bordered by the Burke Gilman trail and the Sammamish River to the West. Each home has a view running down the Sammamish Valley along the river. Some of the homes will actually have views of the magnificent and picturesque Mt. Rainier.
The Villas start at $479,950. There are 39 homes with eight different floor plans. All of the homes are two stories that open up to the active, vibrant and scenic valley setting.
